Residential housing developments for gap-income households on State-owned land, municipal-owned land

Imizumbe Development and Trading 600, as a registered service provider on the Central Supplier Database of National Treasury, is committed to recruiting families who qualify for government’s bonded housing subsidy namely F.L.I.S.P. [Finance Linked Individual Subsidy], and assisting them to apply for a bank-financed housing loan which will cover the acquisition of suitable residential serviced land and construction of the house.

The subsidy is paid to their bank in order to reduce the initial mortgage loan amount to render the monthly loan repayment installments affordable over the loan repayment term and to make good on any shortfall between the qualifying loan amount and the total product price.
